Program Manager

Location: Shenzhen, China

Job Description:

Pixelworks is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage both internal and external projects to deliver project on time, within budget and scope.

Responsibilities:

• 2 years of related experience in managing projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
• Great interpersonal skills to operate within a global team environment
• Solid organizational skills especially in a multi-task environment
• Good understanding of project workflow
• Good problem solving skills
• Hands-on experience on bug tracking and Microsoft Office tools
• Basic understanding of software and ASIC development workflow will be an asset
• PMP certification is a plus

Requirements:

• Work with project teams to review requirements specification, develop project tasks list, identify dependencies, determine priorities and generate a project plan with related documentation
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Co-ordinate internal and external resources to execute the project as planned
• Track the progress of the project and report/escalate potential delay to management as needed
• Manage project schedules and deliverables to meet internal or external customer goals
• Drive and work with project teams to resolve project issues in a timely manner
• Provide weekly status report to management team
